Anytime your account is past due, your service may be partially suspended. During a partial suspension:

  • All data services are suspended.
  • Email services are suspended.
  • You will still be able to access our online Pay Bill to be able to reactivate your account
  • You have 10 days to reactivate your account.
  • You will continue to be charged for your monthly rate plan and access fees.


If the balance on your account remains unpaid, a full suspension may occur.
